Entered your birth details incorrectly? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and one correction — including a re-issued report — is on us. If we made an error in preparing your report, we’ll correct it at no additional charge.

How personalized is this report?
It’s built from the birth details you submit — your chart is calculated, not templated — and every report is human-reviewed before delivery. It maps patterns and themes for reflection. It is not a prediction of your future, and it doesn’t replace your own judgment.
What information do I need to provide?
Your name, email address, birth date, and birth time. If you don’t know your exact birth time, tick “I don’t know my exact birth time” on the intake form — time-dependent parts of your report will be marked as estimated. That’s all.
Why does delivery take 24–48 hours?
Because a real person reviews every report before it’s sent. The 24–48 hour window starts once we’ve received both your confirmed payment and your complete birth details — not from the moment you pay.
What if I entered my birth details incorrectly?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and one correction — including a re-issued report — is complimentary.
